Are You Eligible For a COVID Booster? Here's How to Tell

If you've watched my videos, you know that I believe in staying up to date with all covid vaccines and boosters. But, it can be hard to tell exactly which vaccines or boosters you are eligible for and when. (I'm a doctor and I have to look up this information all the time).

So, I wanted to share three awesome resources that will tell you exactly what vaccine/booster you are eligible for and when!

3 Ways to Find Out If You're Eligible for a COVID Booster:

1) Visit the CDC by clicking this link. Then go halfway down the page and you will see the tool where you can actually enter your information to see if you're eligible: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/booster-shot.html

2) Visit the Tennessee state webpage. I chose the Tennessee state site because they have a great calculator that is very straightforward to use. Click the link here to visit their page: https://covid19.tn.gov/booster-calculator/. (Also check your own state's website to see if they have a similar tool).

3) Check out the FDA site which has a nice visual component that might be helpful:
